DHJ – 1500
- The main working principle of homogenizers; It consists of the rotation of a fixed and a rotary gear.
- As the product passes through the gears, it is cut, shredded and crushed. In this way, homogeneous mixing of the ingredients in the product is ensured.
- The engine power of the homogenizers is 2800 rpm.
- All materials in contact with the product are made of 304 or 316 quality stainless steel.
